Core support for upcoming Datapack update. Implements non-repeatable quest rewards (Newbie rewards) by means of treating the 'newbie' characters table field as an integer. May work with current datapack distribution, but upgrading to [DP4120] is urged.

Player wasn't removed from _allplayers if crash happened during teleport. Additionally fixing one classcast and setting damage formulas to 0 if target invul.
