Unequipping an agathion should also remove it from the characters user info, this takes care of it.

Dropped 2 columns item_skill_id and item_skill_level and added 1 column in their place called "skill", now items of weapons and armors can have as many skills as they need associated with them for exaple, skillId1-skillLvl1;skillId2-skillLvl2; etc
