SQL: adding zone for upcoming Frintezza AI and fixes for Monster Derby Track zones; our previous coordinates were messy and overlapping peace and pvp zones doesn't look like a good idea. Thanks goes to Aikimaniac and Topper for bugging about it, Fulminus for discussion and DETH for Frintezza zones, and to me :P

Little fix for Lair of Antharas zone...Antharas was being spawned at z = -8221 and his zone only went down to -8220...apparently that tiny difference made him entirely out of his zone and able to be attacked by players on wyverns. Fixes #2032, thx _DS_ for reporting.

DP Side for Grand Boss AI update, requires [L1727]. This just updates DP to support these changes, the only Grand Boss who utilizes these changes is Baium. More to come, hopefully :D
