BETA: SQL Updates:

	* Hellbound spawn fixes, thanks VlLight.
	* Proper fix for Items on Ground, for [8473] and #L5735, drop_time column is used to determinate if the drop is protected from auto destroy system using "-1" as value, therefore shouldn't be unsigned, thanks Xalis.
